Finally, while it doesn’t count for our database since this is associated with a report we already tracked some time ago, a video associated with a report about Seattle WA cops slamming a motorist against a cruiser hood and taunting him, including threats to skullfuck him during a traffic stop the police then lied about was finally released by that man’s lawyer who says people need to see examples of why the DOJ found the Seattle PD demonstrated a pattern of excessive force and escalating minor incidents into use of force situations now that the city is denying those findings.
